Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our services at www.palmettocommercialservices.com operated by Michael Young. Due to the nature of our business and services we sell,  services that are completed are not eligible for a refund. For any other services to be eligible for a refund, you have to document in writing, providing pictures and videos of services not rendered within 7 calendar days of the purchase.  Upon completion of services, the Customer may perform, or may have another individual on their behalf, perform a walk thru to inspect our work.  If the services are deemed acceptable at the time of the walk thru, or no walk thru is completed at the time the services are completed, refunds will not be issued.  If a Customer is not available to inspect the work at the completion of the service, no refund will be issued.  If a customer books a service (typically requiring 1/2 payment before the start of work) and cancels or postpones the service without 72 hours of written notice, and acknowledged in writing by a manager of Palmetto Commercial Services, no refund will be issued.  If a customer books a service (typically require 1/2 payment before the start of work) and cancels or postpones the service with at least 72 hours of written notice, and acknowledged in writing by a manager of Palmetto Commercial Services, a full refund will be issued.   If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
