Mike Young and his team did a fantastic job! I had the task of cleaning out my dad/grandmother's house which had become a hoarder house. He was quick to respond, on time and extremally efficient. We had cleaned our house of all its contents and it was severely filthy with dust, debris, mold, insects and other waste. This team came into the house and cleaned it thoroughly from top to bottom. Literally, they even cleaned the ceiling. I did a walk-through when they were finished and they thoroughly cleaned anything that I pointed out to them. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend hiring this company for your deep cleaning needs.

Palmetto Commercial Services is truly impressive! I had a bit of an emergency and was unable to find a company to help. Someone suggested that this company does a lot of unique cleaning services so I did some research and found that they did exactly what I needed. Each person was patient and understanding and made me feel like they could handle getting the work done. The cost was much less than I expected and they take credit cards too. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know they can handle it.

My experience with Palmetto Commercial Services leaves me with just one regret: I am limited to only 5 stars. After I was finally able to rid my house of the multitude of cats that had taken up residence there (long story, don't ask), I was appalled at the devastation they had wrought and I knew the cleanup job would require not just professionals, but super-heroes. Enter Mike, Brian and Kat. Although they arrived in a truck instead of a jet helicopter and wore corporate t-shirts and not capes, they CHEERFULLY AND WITH GUSTO (caps lock intentional!) leapt into action with a skill and enthusiasm I frankly did not expect from a "cleaning service" - I almost expected to hear a rousing orchestral soundtrack. Going far beyond the merely "professional" and "courteous", they seemed genuinely happy to be there doing what they were doing. I was particularly impressed by their punctuality; despite the fact that my house is out in the country several miles from anywhere, they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would. They did everything from scrub the toilet to wrangle heavy furniture and left the house not only looking but smelling as though nary a cat had ever set its paw inside the door. Highly recommended? Yer durn tootin' they're highly recommended.

Mike Young, who built Palmetto Commercial Services from the ground up, serviced the building where I worked. It was always “a job well done” and smelled so fresh and clean when we came in every morning. He followed up with us at least weekly, just to be sure everything was being taken care of. He also would notify us if he noticed items that needed extra attention such as light bulbs out, a toilet that the water continued running, or doors that were sticking or failed to close properly. He was the overall professional in charge of our building. I’m retired now, and miss his friendly, courteous check-ins.On a completely different level, but a very important level, I want to mention a recent personal situation. My daughter, a young woman, paralyzed from a stroke, had to get out of a dangerous living situation, in a hurry. I was distraught with worry and didn’t know where to turn. I knew she would need a truck and dependable men to help move her out, and into a safe location. I thought of Mike, contacted him and told him the situation. Even though this is not his usual “thing”, without hesitation he said “tell me where, and when.” With only a couple days notice, he showed up with truck and men, at the exact time he said!! Job done, and he handled every detail expertly. My daughter is in a new safe place, can’t put a price on that. This is the kind of man Mike is. He represents himself and his company, and Columbia perfectly. This humble man deserves an applause, and my forever gratitude. Thank you, Mike.

Always prompt and professional service. They expertly cleaned our HOA's office and event hosting space weekly for over 2 years.
